ACTOR Will Smith has denied "unequivocally false" claims by a former assistant that he caught him having sex with a man.
The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air star, 55, denied rumors of a gay relationship with actor Duane Martin in a declaration released by his representatives on Tuesday.

It came after Brother Bilaal, who described himself as Will Smith's ex-personal assistant made the shock claim in a viral interview distributed online.
Brother Bilaal also made unsubstantiated claims about Will and Jada Pinkett Smith's sex life and alleged that the Men In Inky star's wife had made demands that all staff operational for the couple check into rehab.
Speaking to social media personality Tasha K, Bilaal claimed he had once walked in on Smith having sex with Duane Martin, 58, an actor who appeared in an episode of Fresh Prince.
He alleged that he had opened the door to Martin's dressing room and caught the pair.
A spokesperson for Smith was fast to deny the allegations about the Academy Award-winning thespian and rapper.

During a recent appearance on the YouTube exhibit Unwine With Tasha K, a man called Brother Bilaal, who is described as a former friend and assistant to Will Smith, claimed that years ago he walked in on the Men in Black star, 55, having sex with Martin, 58, in a dressing room on a movie set.
Following the debut of the trailer, a agent for Will Smith told People of the claims: "This story is completely fabricated and the claim is unequivocally false."
Newsweek has contacted representatives of the Smiths and Martin via email for comment.
Pinkett Smith also spoke out against the claims in an interview with Power 105.1's The Breakfast Club, which was teased on Wednesday and is establish to debut in full on Thursday morning.
