The Ballad of Male lover Tony introduces mission scoring, with specific objectives (such as time, damage, accuracy, etc.) required to achieve 100%. After completing the story, you can replay the missions to improve your score. Completing all missions with a 100% score unlocks the "Gold Star" Achievement / Trophy.

This guide provides a list of all 26 TBoGT missions in an approximated order of appearance throughout the game and displays the objectives for achieving a 100% mission rating. You DO NOT have to complete all of the objectives in the same run through. You can do one objective at a day and keep repeating the mission until you examine off each objective.

While repeating a mission, you will have full health, armor, and all guns that would be unlocked at that point in the story.

An objective with "NR" marked next to it means New Record.

During the mission, you cannot undertake the following:
  • Die
  • Utilize a Taxi
  • Cheat
  • Find Busted
